Do not allow pets on beds or furniture—excess hair cleaning is a large task. Clean paws before entering, and tidy up any hair they leave. Do not leave pets alone for long if they might howl or bark. If your pets are not well-trained and could damage furniture, do not leave them unattended. We love dogs, but some owners let them do as they please, resulting in damage. • Do not leave the thermostat on 25 °C while windows are open in winter; this wastes energy. Close windows and turn off lights when leaving. • Respond within 4 hours in the chat so we can communicate reliably. We cannot instantly fix issues with the property, and you may need to use temporary solutions we provide. • Pet fee: 10 CHF per day, per pet. This platform has no built-in feature for billing pets, so we must list it here and send you an additional charge. PROPERTY AND DAMAGE RULES • Respect the Property: Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. • Accidental Damage: Report promptly to minimize costs. • Unauthorized Access: Areas marked Private or Staff Only are off-limits. • Check-Out Policy: Check out by the specified time.
